Le Ruban is a new-born company. Established in 2023 by Adrien Pieuchot and Sacha Marco, the two French gentlemen brings their experience as hosts to the table. Their background in the Luxury Hospitality industry taught them the art of perfection in every detail. They kept improving their "savoir-faire" to host dinners by acquiring and running two French restaurants in SoCal for more than 3 years. They then decided to integrate their passion for the wine to the custom-made experience they wanted to create and passed their WSET 3 diploma with distinctions to be able to elaborate the most accurate food & wine pairings. Finally, after twelve months of hard work, they are able to host the first dinner of Le Ruban.
